Shipping Policies

We make shipments through the Envia transporter to all cities in Colombia. Shipments to Cartagena, Santa Marta and Bogotá usually have a shipping time of 1 to 2 business days (take into account that this shipping time may be altered by the season of the year or by inconveniences on public roads or by air that may delay shipments, we are not responsible for these delays). For shipments to other cities in Colombia, the shipping time can be 2-5 business days depending on the season of the year. Please keep in mind that this time is additional to the preparation time. We do not accept cancellations once the purchase has been made, the garments go into production the day after the purchase has been made.
